Hello, I am June Briggs. My start in the hospitality industry was way back when wives ran social programs for their husband's professional societies. Gradually we evolved and 35 years later, at the First Annual June Briggs Awards for Excellence in New York City, I found myself being called a visionary. To have an Award for Excellence named for me is a most wonderful way to start the New Year - and a most flattering way to end a very happy and satisfying career. I am so proud to have been part of the hospitality industry and to have had the privilege of working with wonderful people who work together to create great experiences and pleasant memories for our clients. Thanks to all - and congratulations to all of the 2003 winners.

January 6, 2003 marked the first annual June Briggs Awards for Excellence held in the Rialto Room at Remi Restaurant in NYC. The Awards recognize and thank our valuable partners who have excelled in the New York DMC industry.

'21' Club is the place to eat and be seen, attracting its share of celebrities, sports figures and heavy-hitters from diverse industries, including each President since Franklin Delano Roosevelt. The masculine, corporate ambiance and charm of the turn-of-the-century townhouses that make up the '21' Club remains today. One of '21' Club's most unique features is its wine cellar. Perhaps the most elaborately disguised vault in the city of New York, the wine cellar was built to be invisible. Now the wine cellar hosts private dinners for up to 20 guests.
