Christmas Trees of New York    Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

"O Tannenbaum! O Christmas Tree! Your branches green delight us" sings the German Yuletide Carol. The Holiday trees of New York City light up the dark winter evenings giving with a festive glow. Every borough hosts their own tree lighting ceremony but the main event of course is at Rockefeller Center in midtown Manhattan. This year the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree is going greener - with energy-saving, solar powered  lights replacing traditional bulbs. The towering evergreen still twinkles with a special light that warms all of our hearts here in the city. We hope some of that warmth finds it's way to you from all of us at Briggs. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!
